Most local schemes for Council Tax Support are very similar to the old Council Tax Benefit system and are covered by entitledto’s benefits calculator. By entering your post code, we can work out how much you will receive in Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the majority of local authority areas in England.

However, some councils have more complex schemes that we are not currently able to calculate accurately in full. If you live in one of the areas listed below, you will need to contact your local council directly to find out how much you are entitled to. We will show you a message on the results page to confirm this.
